This recipe, inspired by the recipe for easy black bean sweet potato tacos on The Full Helping ️, combines sweet potatoes with a "tangy" black bean spread. The lime gives it a nice tangy kick.
Instead of vegan feta from the supermarket, you can make your own alternative. A substitute for plant-based feta is not at all difficult to make.
