Shoarma seasoning is so delicious that it is suitable for flavoring much more than meat. Earlier I used it in a salad with chickpeas, but it also works very well with oyster mushrooms. Especially if you fry those a little longer they get a texture that at least to me does remind me of meat. The bell pepper and red onion provide some extra filling and flavor.
Of course, the big advantage of oyster mushroom-based shoarma is that it's actually just pretty healthy. While you're snacking on it. Serve with salad and pita bread or a wrap. This shoarma is very tasty with this salad of cucumber and cherry tomatoes.
